We are looking for a case officer who wants to work with quality and development as well as the transition to the new social services act.

At the assistance unit in Vänersborg, you will have a responsible, varied, and meaningful job where you make a difference every day. Job Responsibilities

The role includes:

• Investigating, assessing, and deciding on interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).
• Maintaining close dialogue with users, relatives, and providers to ensure individualized solutions.
• Documenting and following up on decisions in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines.
• Contributing to quality development and the transition to the new social services act.
• Actively participating in various collaboration forums.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in social work or another relevant higher education with social law.
• Has a good ability to communicate and build trust.
• Wants to contribute to development and has engagement, willingness, and a positive attitude towards the assignment and its challenges.
• Is solution-focused and contributes to a good work environment.
• Is interested in learning and developing together with us.
• Can act confidently even in new or complex situations.
• Experience in authority exercise, IBIC, Lifecare, and SAMSA is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license is required as travel is part of the job.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
