About the assignment

We are looking for a senior UX/UI Designer with a strong UI focus who wants to be part of developing our client's next generation solutions for condition monitoring. You will be a central part of a long-term project where web-based applications transform machine data into smart, actionable insights – helping industries worldwide to work more sustainably and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

As one of the key members of the UX/UI team, you will:

  • Work closely with the UX/UI Lead, product owners, and development teams to drive UI concepts and solutions.

  • Develop and evaluate design proposals and actively participate in ongoing design reviews.

  • Drive standardization, educate development teams, and ensure compliance with design guidelines.

  • Verify and test that the implementation follows the design.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces.

  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to a creative, unpretentious team climate.

  • Share insights, brainstorm, and be an active part of a team where everyone owns the results.

Why thrive here?

With us, you will receive:

  • Small, autonomous teams with a large mandate and high trust.

  • A collaborative working style focused on transparency and support.

  • A learning culture – you will have time and help to immerse yourself in complex industrial domains.

  • The opportunity to influence an entirely new product generation from the ground up.

  • An environment where innovation, curiosity, and problem-solving are at the forefront.

The work involves complex products, technical depth, and sometimes uncertainty – but also a unique chance to shape solutions that have a significant impact on the industry globally.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Senior experience with Figma – advanced use of design systems, components, auto-layout, variables, and prototypes.

  • Understanding of web principles & DOM – able to design responsively, consistently, and scalably.

  • Familiar with iterative work and presenting early-stage designs.

  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain design decisions and justify choices.

  • Good understanding of design systems and scalability principles.

  • Strong drive, proactivity, and comfort in autonomous teams.

  • Team-oriented – asks for help when needed and helps others when they need it.

  • Curiosity and willingness to quickly understand complex domains.

  • Experience with agile development (Scrum).

  • Fluent in English.

Desirable:

  • Swedish language skills.

  • Experience with industrial applications.
