At the foot of Fjällbo meadows in the picturesque Utby, Föräldrakooperativet Fjällstugan operates preschool activities for children aged 1 to 5 years. We currently have 17 children and 4 educators at the preschool, and with the parental involvement we have, our staffing is high. The children have access to a preschool where everyone, both educators and parents, are very engaged in the children's daily lives. 

We are members of Friluftsfrämjandet and work according to their concept Skogsmulle in preschool. The feeling for nature is established by being outdoors, in all weather and all seasons. With curiosity, movement, and community, our Mulle-trained educators allow exciting adventures to grow together with the children in nature. The pedagogy is based on outdoor life, outdoor education, and experience-based learning, following the goals of the curriculum.

About the position:

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra on fixed days, 2-3 days a week, until January, with the possibility of extension. There is also the opportunity for more hours at our neighbor Förskolan Utbytingen, with whom we share the outdoor environment. Together with preschool teachers, you will carry out the educational work according to the curriculum and perform other tasks that occur within the preschool.

• Loves outdoor life and being in nature – you see opportunities in the outdoor environment regardless of the weather.
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working closely with both colleagues and parents.
• Has a solution-oriented approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians.
