About the Company

Are you looking for a developing customer service assignment in Stockholm starting in early 2026? We are now seeking a customer service representative on behalf of our client who wants to strengthen customer support for about three months at the beginning of the year. Here you will work in a fast-growing tech company with a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are at the center. The culture is warm and helpful; we gather around problems, find solutions together, and take responsibility for achieving our goals. 

The assignment initially runs from January to March and is suitable for you who thrive on taking responsibility, working at a fast pace, and have a natural sense of service.

About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and an important part of the team. You will work in a busy environment, focusing on providing quick and professional service, solving technical issues, and contributing to the development of routines. The role suits you who want to combine a sense of service with technical understanding and thrive in a growing and evolving company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls and emails from the company's customers
  • Provide technical support regarding the customer's platform
  • Distribute error messages to technicians
  • Contribute to the development of processes and FAQs
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and the tech team

Systems you will work in: Zendesk, Grafana

We believe you have:

  • Experience in customer service via phone
  • Understanding of customer service processes
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
  • Preferred: experience with Zendesk and technical understanding

  • Self-leadership and proactivity
  • Ability to handle technical issues and create a positive customer experience

Start Date and Scope This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Hero for the assignment. The assignment is time-limited from January to March, with the possibility of extension depending on needs. You will work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
