About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you have a central role in our operations. You are responsible for the administration of housing rentals and actively work to develop the dialogue with our tenants, strengthen their influence, and contribute to well-being and engagement in our residential areas. You are an important resource in building Årehus' brand and as a contact point for both tenants, suppliers, and colleagues.

Your main tasks include:

  • Managing available housing and contacting housing seekers.
  • Receiving and handling inquiries from tenants via phone, operational systems, and visits.
  • Communication with tenants – through service inquiries, dialogue meetings, as well as coordination and participation in customer activities.
  • Contributing to the development of our service and communication to our tenants and other stakeholders. You will be highly involved in our brand building, including social media and marketing.
  • Supporting the management department in the work with tenant influence and development of living environments.
  • Establishing and administering rental agreements, rent notifications, payment follow-ups, and terminations.
  • You will handle some basic rental legal issues and measure and follow up on customer experience. For legal questions, you will have good support from experts in the field.
  • Being involved in developing guidelines and instructions for tenants.

Who are you?

We see that you have

  • At least a high school education, relevant post-secondary education is an advantage.
  • Experience in administrative work and a good understanding of service.
  • Good computer skills and experience working in financial or property systems.
  • Experience in rental administration, property management, or similar areas is an advantage.
  • You have an interest and knowledge in the use of digital media.
  • You master the Swedish language well in both spoken and written form.

To succeed in the role, you are meticulous, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are driven and want to be involved in developing processes around case management, rental, marketing, and communication channels. You thrive in a varied everyday life with both routine work and customer contact, and you have a positive and solution-oriented attitude. As a person, you are communicative and service-oriented and contribute to creating good relationships and smooth collaboration within the team.
