  About the position

In the role of customer service representative, you have a crucial role in ensuring good customer experiences. Through incoming calls, emails, and chat, you are tasked with guiding customers in their needs by offering engaged upselling and service.

   

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

  • Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

  We are looking for you who

  • Have an interest in customer service and upselling and are driven to develop in this area

  • Have an interest in books and enjoy reading

  • Thrive in collaboration to achieve common and individual goals.

  • Are punctual and meticulous in your work performance and have an eye for quality.

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will give you the tools to succeed!

  

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Approved high school education

  

Employment type and start date
  • Start: By agreement 

  • Employment type: We offer a need-based employment with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

  • Working hours: 08.00-18.00 Monday-Friday
