About the positionAs a sales-oriented customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful sales. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers through engaged service and upselling, where you create well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs.
You will:Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement
Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships
Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management
Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader
Always guaranteed base salary with an attractive commission model without a cap where you set the bar for your own salary!
Collective agreement via Unionen and Almega.
Two weeks of paid training followed by eight weeks of onboarding with coaching and follow-up.

Requirements for the positionFluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
Good knowledge of English
Computer literate
Completed high school education
Start: By agreement

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
