  About the position

Do you want to work in a role where every call can take you to a new destination? In this position, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys smoothly and securely – from the first question to the completed ticket. You will be part of a close-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration as much as individual freedom.

    

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

  • Provide personal service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their journeys

  • Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

  We are looking for someone who

  • Has an interest in customer service and is driven to develop within it

  • Has an eye for logistics and thrives in a role with structure and planning

  • Is comfortable juggling many tasks at once

  • Enjoys collaborating to achieve common and individual goals.

  • Is punctual and meticulous in your work performance and has an eye for detail.

Previous experience in service, logistics, and train booking is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

  

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Good computer skills

  • Approved high school education

  

Employment form and start date
  • Start: By agreement

  • Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

  • Working hours: 07.00-18.00 weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
