We continue to grow and are looking for a meticulous and responsible accounting assistant who wants to be an important part of our finance department. With us, you will have a broad role close to the business, where you can help develop routines and working methods.

About the role

As an accounting assistant, you will work with ongoing financial tasks for several companies in the group. Examples of tasks include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Incoming and outgoing payments, receipts, and card transactions (including abroad)
• Reconciliations and some preparatory month-end closing work
• Payroll administration in collaboration with our payroll agency
• Liquidity and payment monitoring
• General finance administration and support for colleagues
• Other administrative tasks within the group

Who are you?

• At least 2–3 years of experience in similar financial work
• Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Experience working in accounting systems, preferably Fortnox
• Structure, accuracy, and self-drive

It is an advantage if you have worked in an organization where collaboration is emphasized.
