  About the position

As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive order calls, emails, and chats where you help customers through engaged and meaningful service, creating well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs through your interest in clothing.

  

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement.

  • Work administratively with various tasks such as emails, chats, and case management.

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships.

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader.

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form.

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Computer literate.

  • Approved high school education.

  

Employment form and start date
  • Start: According to agreement.

  • Employment form: We initially offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

  • Working hours: We offer Monday-Friday 07:00-21:00 and Saturdays 09:00-15:00. The majority of the shifts will be during weekdays, but we would like you to be flexible and able to work weekends.
