We are looking for someone who is self-driven and enjoys planning and prioritizing their own work. This is a role where you have significant responsibility for driving projects forward and finding solutions independently. However, we are also a close-knit team that likes to share ideas and experiences to solve difficult problems together.

About the Position

As a database developer, you are a central part of our technical team and work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that make a difference. The role is technically oriented, and much of the work takes place directly in the database and with code. Your main responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL databases.
Automating workflows to enable efficient and data-driven processes.
Developing advanced customizations and integrations, such as with payroll and invoicing systems, websites, and business tools.
Creating reports and dashboards that facilitate customers' decision-making.

You are responsible for independently planning and driving your projects from start to finish while ensuring quality in deliveries to meet both customer and our own high standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility but also values collaboration and sharing knowledge with the team. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

Solid experience in database development in Microsoft SQL Server, including scripting and procedure development.
Experience in building advanced, automated solutions in SQL.
Knowledge of API interfaces and integration work between complex systems.
Ability to create financial and operational reports in SQL.

It is a plus if you have experience with:

Data warehouse solutions and data integration from multiple sources.
HR, business, payroll, or CRM systems.
Log analysis in Azure Application Insights.
