About us

At Aleris Home Healthcare, you will find a workplace with a good working climate and a well-organized operation where our core values –Responsible,Simple, and Innovative– permeate everything we do. Within Basic Home Healthcare, we conduct home healthcare visits in the evenings, nights, and weekends. The health centers are responsible during the day, and we are their extended arm when they are closed. As administrative staff, your working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.

The Role

As a coordinator, you have a central and important role in the organization. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Plan patient visits and staff in the Epsilon system. Ensure that patients receive continuity, the right care at the right time, and that employees have the best conditions to perform their work.
  • Manage messages and documentation in Take Care.
  • Handle other administrative tasks such as: Answering calls in our switchboard, managing orders, supplies, and key management.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team and the clinical staff.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a trained nursing assistant
  • Has experience with similar tasks in healthcare or in a coordinating role.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Take Care journal system (or equivalent).

Furthermore, we see that you are structured, stress-resistant, flexible, positive, and solution-oriented. You have good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor. Experience in home healthcare or previous work in Epsilon and Take Care is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period

Scope: Full-time

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting

Collective agreement exists
