About the role: 

As a Customer Operations Agent, you will be a key person in Blocket's B2B support team. You will assist retail customers with inquiries regarding technical issues, invoices, and other matters via chat and email. The role is broad and requires you to enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally.

You will work closely with teams within Tech, Product, and Sales, making it important that you are both social, curious, and solution-oriented. This is a more technically oriented support role, focusing on troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will work in several different system environments, and your contribution is crucial for retail customers to have a smooth and professional experience.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Manage B2B inquiries via chat and email 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in various systems 
  • Handle inquiries regarding invoices and financial flows 
  • Collaborate internally with teams within Tech, Product, and Sales

We are looking for someone who:  

  • Has experience in customer support or administrative support 
  • Is meticulous and used to following established processes 
  • Has good computer skills and an interest in technology
  • Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaboration 
  • Has excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have: 

  • Experience in B2B support 
  • Understanding of financial flows (invoicing, collections)
  • Basic knowledge of technical setups (API, import/export) 
  • Experience working in CRM systems or similar environments
