Now we are looking for hourly substitutes for our team at Ljungvägen in Mora. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! About Ljungvägen's LSS accommodation Ljungvägen is an autism accommodation that started in 2017. The house is beautifully located near the Hemus outdoor area, just outside the center. We are close to a swimming pool, ice hockey arena, exercise and ski trails, as well as beautiful green areas.

The house is bright and all apartments are on the ground floor. The accommodation has six apartments with common areas for social interaction and a nice outdoor area with large planting boxes, and at the back we can gather on the shared patio.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, a B driver's license for automatic cars, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you say and do.
