We are looking for employees for permanent positions and longer temporary contracts

The working hours are days and evenings as well as every other weekend. The positions are 100% with a full-time measure of 36 hours and 20 minutes per week.

About the role and tasks

As a care assistant in Lund, you will help and support our clients with care work based on their wishes and needs according to approved assistance.

You will assist our clients with personal care, service interventions, and perform medical tasks delegated by a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.

Your work includes documenting in Lifecare according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. As a care assistant, you will design implementation plans, document, evaluate, and contribute to maintaining good quality in the operations. We follow up on quality in national registers such as BPSD, SveDem, and Senior Alert. You will also be an active part of planning, team, and quality work.

We are looking for you

who has a care assistant diploma and experience working in care and support. You need to have experience with clients with cognitive impairment/dementia or individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.

As a person, you are stable, secure in your role as a care assistant, and have great patience. You have a professional approach, are solution-focused, and flexible. You work based on person-centered care and encourage the clients' own abilities.

You need to be able to perform medical tasks according to delegation. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good computer skills to document and create implementation plans. Knowledge and experience of BPSD and Senior Alert are advantageous.

To create a good mix, we are looking for both permanent positions and longer temporary contracts. Start date can be immediate or by agreement.
