As part of Managed Services, you will work with our existing clients after the implementation phase of new systems. Some might call it management and support, but for us, it is so much more than that. "This is where the client truly gets a return on their investment in the business system" as Anders (https://www.linkedin.com/in/anders-thunved-159b96a/), Head of Managed Services and perhaps your future manager, puts it. It is in this phase that we fine-tune processes, develop client competencies, assist clients when problems arise, and ensure they get the most out of their Business Central installation.

Your focus will obviously be to help our clients develop and improve their business processes primarily concerning Supply Chain flows, but you will also be involved in other flows. Your tasks will include:

• Support to clients regarding issues in inventory and logistics flows.

• Participation in projects regarding upgrades and integrations.

• Testing, parameter setting, and data migration.

• Organizing workshops and training the client's employees in the system.

• Capturing questions and requests from the client and taking action on these.

• Helping and coaching clients further in their operational processes.

• Support and troubleshooting.

• Documentation.

Our clients are small to medium-sized companies across various industries, with the majority operating in the retail sector.

We believe that you have experience in a consulting role within Business Central and are passionate about after-sales and working long-term with existing clients. You have depth in Supply Chain flows but also a breadth across the entire system.

We would like you to have:

• A strong interest in business processes, especially within Supply Chain.

• The ability to communicate in a businesslike and pedagogical manner.

• A service mindset and proactive working style.

• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Educationally, we believe you have a background in computer science, economics, or logistics.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.
