Avanzera is now looking for an experienced and meticulous payroll administrator for one of our clients in southern Stockholm. Here you will have a broad and varied role where you combine payroll work with financial administration in a values-driven organization with engaged colleagues and short decision-making paths.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the entire payroll process – from registration and control to payment and reporting. In addition to payroll work, you will support the finance department with ongoing tasks such as accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments. The role suits you who thrive in an independent and responsible position with many contact points.

Examples of tasks:

Payroll:

Independent responsibility for the entire payroll management
Handling of absence, benefits, expenses, and other personnel-related tasks
Reporting to authorities and pension companies
Support for managers and employees in payroll issues

Finance:

Accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and ongoing bookkeeping
Handling of payments and expenses
Support during year-end closing and other administrative tasks

Your Background:

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably in combination with financial tasks. You have a good understanding of laws and agreements related to payroll and thrive in a role where you can be both meticulous and service-oriented. To enjoy the role, it is important that you have previously worked in Agda Personal & Lön (Agda PS) and feel comfortable with the system's functions related to payroll and personnel administration. Furthermore, you are confident in your skills, used to working against deadlines, and enjoy contributing to good collaboration between departments.

We are looking for someone who has:

Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in payroll administration
Good system skills and strong knowledge of Excel and Agda PS
Experience in financial tasks such as accounts receivable and ongoing bookkeeping

Additional Information:

The position is full-time, with the possibility of flexibility regarding working hours and remote work. You will be employed by Avanzera and work as a consultant for our client; however, the client will eventually want to recruit, so we are primarily looking for someone interested in a permanent position.
