We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time, approximately 20 hours a week during office hours Monday - Friday, starting January 2nd and lasting until August 2026.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will work with outgoing calls and associated documentation. Your main focus is to quickly understand each call, offer solutions such as payment plans, and inform about other opportunities to help customers manage their finances.
You will be an important link in the process of supporting individuals through challenging financial situations, where quick comprehension, high-quality service, and flexibility are crucial. The work also involves a fast pace, repetitive tasks, and rewarding customer interactions where you make a real difference. Our client offers an introduction with listening in and theory to help you quickly settle into the role.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
- Has good data and system skills
- Is studying at a post-secondary level with graduation no earlier than June 2026 or has another main occupation of at least 50% throughout the assignment
- Is comfortable using the phone as the primary working tool
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in customer service with the phone as the primary working tool
- Have experience in debt collection
For this role, we highly value your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is service-oriented and attentive with good communication skills. The role requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where calls come automatically and tasks are often repetitive. You need to be flexible and able to switch between different tasks while maintaining focus and quality even under pressure. You are not stressed by rapid changes but maintain calmness and professionalism in every customer interaction.
