Experienced Accounts Assistant with a Focus on Customer and Supplier Ledger

Jefferson Wells is now seeking an experienced accounts assistant with a focus on customer and supplier ledger for a growing premium company in kitchen and interior products. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant who can manage customer and supplier ledger, including the registration of incoming and outgoing payments. You will also book transactions to the correct account and help ensure that our financial processes run smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the entire flow of customer and supplier ledger. This means you will register incoming and outgoing payments, ensure that the accounting is posted to the correct account, and follow up on discrepancies. You will use Business Central as the main system and complement it with Excel and the Office suite for reporting and analysis. You will be an important part of creating structure and order in the finances while collaborating with colleagues in both Simrishamn and Kalmar. Since we have international suppliers, it is important that you can communicate in English.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Is self-driven and meticulous
• Is proficient in English, both spoken and written (for international suppliers)
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has experience with Business Central or another business system
