As one of itm8's project managers, you will be responsible for the execution of customer projects within IT infrastructure. The projects vary in complexity and encompass both IT and business, such as rollouts, migrations, or implementations. With us, you will lead both standardized and small, unique niche assignments, often for clients in a global environment. You will have the opportunity to manage both itm8's delivery projects and consult with our clients.

In addition to being offered exciting and complex projects, you will be welcomed into a team with high competence and strong camaraderie. While we work independently in our projects, we also coach and support each other. We are facing an exciting development ahead where we will develop our methodology and establish a PMO, where your expertise will be an important contribution.

• You understand IT infrastructure on a broad level and have independently managed migration and implementation projects in the field

• You have experience following a project management methodology (such as IPMA, Prince2, or PPS), and it is more important that you know the craft than having a certification

• Through your leadership, you build effective teams with high trust and strong collaboration skills, and your self-leadership is characterized by flexibility and structure

• You are a clear communicator who keeps all stakeholders updated with the right information at the right time

• Your business drive is clear, and your ability to see new business opportunities makes it natural for you to contribute to itm8's project management offering

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
