We are now looking for an engaged and structured riding school manager who wants to help drive our development forward.
Hallstavik Riding Association is a non-profit organization located in the picturesque Roslagen region. Here, adults and children come together through a deep and shared interest in horses. Regardless of your knowledge goals, you are welcome to ride at our personal riding school, compete in any discipline, or participate in the association's activities. Hallstavik Riding Association with horses at heart!
About the role
As the riding school manager, you will be the hub of our operations. You will lead the daily work at the riding school, support the staff, coordinate planning, and serve as an important link between students, members, and the board. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, freedom, and stepping in where needed.
The assignment in brief:
- Plan, organize, and lead lesson activities.
- Ensure that the operations follow the guidelines of the Swedish Equestrian Federation.
- Be responsible for staff planning and recruitment together with the board.
- Educate and support students, staff, and horses in their development.
- Maintain contact with students, parents, and members.
- Administrative work such as attendance reporting, LOK support, schedules, and invoice documentation.
- Together with the staff, ensure the well-being of the riding school horses.
- Contribute to good order and comfort in the stable and on the premises.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in riding school operations, leadership, and horse care.
- Is structured, communicative, and enjoys collaborating.
- Has a strong commitment to the values of equestrian sports and the development of young people.
- Ideally has a Riding Instructor education through the Swedish Equestrian Federation, but personality and experience are equally important.
