Receptionist at Mama Mia in Skåne

Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for incoming phone calls and digital contacts from those wishing to visit our Midwifery Clinics, Child Health Centers, and Ultrasound Clinics throughout Skåne.

Job Responsibilities:

We work on behalf of Region Skåne and offer both physical and digital visits. As a receptionist with us, you are often the first point of contact with our patients at Mama Mia. You will be responsible for incoming phone calls, managing our app Mama Mia Hemma regarding administrative questions, and assisting with administrative tasks at the clinic. The work primarily involves working on a computer. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with some late afternoon shifts possible. Your workplace is Mama Mia Väla in Helsingborg, where you and your colleagues are responsible for all our Mama Mia clinics in Skåne.

Qualifications:

You need to have good computer skills. It should be a given for you to meet everyone with respect, a good tone, and to ensure everyone's equal value. Flexibility, being structured, and being attentive are qualities we highly value in this position. At times, the job involves many calls that need to be answered quickly, just as there are also quieter moments. You need to be able to work efficiently and handle longer periods of phone work when the workload requires it. Understanding and being understood in Swedish and English is a requirement. We prefer that you have previous service experience and are familiar with phone work. You should have an interest in child and women's health.

We are looking for someone who wishes for a permanent full-time position (100%). Start date: February 1 or by agreement. Mama Mia has a collective agreement.
