Your mission

We are looking for an orthodontist who thrives on variety in their work for our clinic at Eastman. You are interested in engaging in orthodontic activities where you alternate between clinical work, assessments of treatment needs, and contributing to educational activities. Folktandvården Stockholm is responsible for the selection of regionally funded orthodontic care in Stockholm. In this role as an orthodontist and selection consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with assessments of orthodontic treatment needs and also mentor colleagues in general dentistry.

Your work will be varied, and you will have ample opportunity for knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues. You will be offered flexibility in your work as the selection assignment provides variation in your tasks and allows for a flexible workplace.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for someone with specialist authorization in orthodontics issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. For you, quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. You are trust-building and maintain a high level of service. You have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are dedicated and positive even in tough situations while establishing credibility, trust, and influence with our patients. You develop effective, reasonable, and feasible solutions to problems and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. Additionally, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment

Welcome with your application by 12/12 December 2025. We offer a permanent position full-time or part-time with start date according to agreement. The employment includes assignments in selection activities and clinical work. A probationary period may occur, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing.
