Real Estate Developer at BoViva Group

A position that is very rarely available on the market is now open. BoViva Group owns and manages senior housing, commercial premises, and rental apartments. There is great potential to develop the real estate business in terms of new acquisitions and the development of existing properties, and therefore we are now looking for a Real Estate Developer – a new exciting position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate development and who is self-driven, business-minded, and motivated!

About the Position

As a real estate developer, you will play an important role in the development of our property portfolio and in our renovation and reconstruction projects. The role is both operational and strategic. The operational role includes all aspects from project planning, budgeting, and procurement to construction management and follow-up. You will also have overall responsibility for purchases related to the properties; both regarding products and services. The strategic role involves looking at potential property acquisitions, creating and maintaining networks and partnerships in the industry.

You will also calculate long-term business deals, negotiate contracts, conduct price dialogues, etc., and ensure that projects adhere to timelines. The role involves a lot of networking in Halland but also in other cities to find and strengthen potential collaborations and business opportunities.

Our office is located at Sperlingsholms Gods in beautiful surroundings, where there is also a co-working space for other companies. You will report directly to the CEO.

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in construction, real estate, economics, or equivalent. You have experience in the real estate industry in one way or another. You have a good economic understanding and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously, both at an operational and strategic level.

We are looking for someone who is business-minded, self-driven, and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You like to manage your own day, are fearless and flexible. We also believe that you have a high degree of structure in your work approach, as projects vary in size - from smaller renovation projects to being involved in the acquisition of properties. You are also skilled at building relationships and collaborate smoothly with both internal and external contacts.

About the Employment and Application

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period, starting immediately or by agreement. You will be employed by Sperlingsholms Gods AB and report directly to the CEO.
