About the role

As a recruiter in our national TA team, you will be responsible for several parallel recruitment processes, primarily within blue collar, but white collar may also occur. You play a central role in understanding the client's needs, setting requirement profiles, and delivering the right competencies. The role involves a lot of customer contact and close collaboration with colleagues in the team.

Your responsibilities

Selection and screening of candidates
Search and advertising
Interviews (phone and digital)
Reference checks
Requirement profiling together with the client
Candidate presentations
Ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience

We are looking for you who

Is results-oriented, business-minded, and meticulous
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple processes simultaneously
Has social and communicative skills, both with candidates and clients
Is self-driven but enjoys collaborating in a team
Has relevant education in economics, human resources, or similar
Experience working with people

Meritorious

Experience in similar recruitment work
Knowledge of Teamtailor and Refapp
