Administrator for the Planning and Investment Department
Do you want a varied and social job where you can be the spider in the web and support both managers and colleagues? We are now looking for an administrator for the Planning and Investment Department.
Here, you will be part of a network of administrators within the administration and contribute to ensuring that our operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
The Planning and Investment Department works to develop, plan, and implement the city's investments in streets, parks, and other public environments. We are responsible for producing plans and projects that contribute to a sustainable, safe, and attractive urban environment – from early ideas to completed facilities.
Job Responsibilities
As an administrator, you provide service and support to managers and employees. Your role includes, among other things:
- Managing invoices, purchases, and orders in Proceedo
- Ordering IT equipment, permissions, and ID06 for new employees
- Supporting managers in Personec (HR system)
- Taking meeting notes and minutes
- Planning and booking travel, conferences, and supplier meetings
- Participating in inaugurations and other departmental activities
- Providing daily service and being the contact person for departmental inquiries
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Administrative education at the high school level or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in administrative work and good knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with payroll and financial systems (experience with Personec is an advantage)
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have worked with purchasing, personnel administration, or in public service.
You are a meticulous and service-oriented person who enjoys having many contacts and varied tasks. You plan your work well, are self-driven, and find it easy to collaborate. You handle information with trust and integrity and contribute to a positive work environment.

Conditions
We are currently renovating our workplace at Köpmansgatan 20, where all urban development administrations will be gathered. The new premises are expected to be ready by 2026; until then, we are located at Postgatan 10.
