Friday is growing in Gothenburg and we are now looking for driven part-time recruiters to help us on our way towards our vision “A world where people look forward to going to work every day.”

• You are a student pursuing a post-secondary education, preferably in HR, human resources, or a similar field
• You have a strong interest and aptitude for business. You are driven by creating business value together with us at Friday
• You likely have a background in service where you are used to meeting people and thrive in a role where your performance is recognized
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and are comfortable using English in both speech and writing, as this is used daily in contact with candidates and clients

It is a plus if you have previous experience in the recruitment industry and/or technical work. You should be curious about IT and technology, but most importantly, you are passionate about working with people! A significant part of the assessment will also be based on your personal qualities as the work is something you will learn along the way. To thrive in the role, we see that you are an unpretentious and flexible person as the tasks will vary.
