The nursing group in Norberg Municipality is looking for summer substitutes for the summer of 2025 during weeks 25-32.

Position and Responsibilities

Your job will involve creating well-being and security for those who need it the most.

As a nurse with us, you are responsible for providing high-quality healthcare within elderly care and home healthcare. You will guide and supervise the care staff during evening and night shifts. You assess, plan, execute, evaluate, and document healthcare interventions. The role places great emphasis on close collaboration with other professional categories.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse.

To thrive in this role, you need to be independent, creative, and able to take your own initiatives with a high degree of responsibility. We also see that you have the ability to lead and delegate work and be flexible. We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate well with others. Since documentation and communication are a significant part of the tasks, it is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Knowledge of dementia is an advantage. A driver's license is required for the position.
