Job Responsibilities

The tasks are varied and include both teamwork and independent work. You will perform functional assessments, mobilizations, and training on the ward. The role also includes work with various clinics such as cardiac rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation. A large part of the work is also outpatient, primarily with orthopedics.

Since we work with both outpatient and inpatient care, there are good opportunities to develop the business and yourself within the profession.

About the Workplace

Fagersta Hospital is organizationally under Köping Hospital. The medical clinic in Fagersta consists of a medical reception, rehabilitation, ward 1, and a mobile nursing team/AH Fagersta. The rehabilitation unit consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, social workers, dietitians, speech therapists, nurses, and discharge coordinators/section leaders.

Employees assigned to ward 1 receive a salary supplement of 3000:-/month.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist and prefer that you have a few years of experience in the field. It is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge of the care planning process and from working on a ward. Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is also advantageous if you have worked in our journal system, Cosmic.

As the work and conditions are constantly changing, you must be able to adapt to new circumstances and quickly change your perspective. You remain calm and controlled in stressful situations and can focus on the right things. Your ability to work well with others is strong, and you listen and communicate clearly. You are interested and proactive regarding work development. Your ideas and thoughts can be put into practice and lead to results.

A valid B driver's license is required.
