About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Hälla, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Apoteket Hälla is a large, beautiful, and well-visited local pharmacy, located in the Hälla area next to a popular shopping area, with free parking for both customers and employees. Here we meet customers of all ages – from families with small children and the elderly to young people from the area – and offer personal service that makes a difference in everyday life.

With a total of 12 employees, of which 7 are pharmacists, we have a strong and competent team ready to help regardless of need. We are also a veterinary pharmacy, with a wide range of products for both humans and their four-legged family members. Combined with our large selection of self-care products and our long opening hours, we ensure that our customers always have access to reliable advice and high-quality products.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good teamwork skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
