About the workplace
The Rheumatology Clinic is a small clinic with 35 employees from various professional categories, where we work together with a holistic view of the patient. We focus on quality and development based on a clear vision. The clinic has a regional responsibility for the investigation and treatment of patients aged 18 and over with autoimmune joint and connective tissue diseases.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse at the Rheumatology Clinic's outpatient department, your work will be varied with great opportunities for development. You will be one of seven nurses rotating between different tasks. We also offer internal training and orientation to help you feel secure in your work.
At the outpatient department, we work based on a patient-centered approach, where our goal is to ensure that patients feel secure and well-informed. As a nurse, you will meet with patients to develop a care plan together with them. You will inform and follow up on patients' medication treatments from the start. Your tasks will also include performing various intravenous treatments. Approximately 1200 treatments are performed at the outpatient department each year.
Through our telephone advice service, we receive about 200 calls per week from patients with questions about their treatment, side effects, prescriptions, disease activity, and more. You will also work with patient education, handle matters through our e-service 1177, check lab results, and manage cases after medical visits.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse. If you have previously worked as a nurse in hospital care, we consider it an advantage. We appreciate your interest and willingness to contribute to the development of our operations. Furthermore, you should have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
You take responsibility and organize your work. As a person, you are calm and stable in stressful situations and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are empathetic, accommodating, and always have the patient in focus. Since teamwork is important to us, we see that you have the ability to work with others and relate to them in a responsive manner. You communicate clearly and ensure that messages reach those concerned.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Employment Conditions
Permanent employment. Full-time. Daytime, Monday to Friday. Start date by agreement.
