The Health and Medical Care Unit, HMC, consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The unit is responsible for municipal health and medical care, including home care, elderly care, and services for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

In the role of a nurse, we emphasize the importance of preventive work to promote the patient's health and well-being. The work is carried out in close dialogue with the patient and relatives to provide good and safe care. Special responsibilities include planning, follow-up, assessment, and implementation of health and medical care interventions. You will be responsible for assessments, documentation, and registration in various quality registers. We document in the Cosmic and Lifecare journal systems.

You will be part of a team and be stationed at one of our special accommodations.

The position also includes supervising students and nursing staff. As a nurse with us, you are an important ambassador for inspiration, motivation, and commitment.

The tasks involve working with other stakeholders, and you will have close collaboration with, among others, healthcare centers, relatives, and personnel in the patient's environment.

Qualifications

Registered nurse.

Familiar with current legislation and focused on patient safety.

Good IT skills for documentation and quality work.

Good knowledge of Swedish both verbally and in writing.

Hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are committed and have a positive attitude. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently. You have good communication skills.
