Job Description: We are looking for our new nursing colleague who wants to work in acute care and care for geriatric patients! Working with this patient group allows you as a nurse to develop as the patient's medical condition is often complex and needs to be addressed in conjunction with the patient's life history. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide our patients with the best possible care and quality of life.

About the Workplace

The department consists of two teams and our nurses are responsible for 8 patients during the day and evening, every day of the week. The multidisciplinary team consists of nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social workers. Our workplace is characterized by a commitment to the elderly patient and patient safety.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in the field. Good knowledge of Swedish is required as well as the ability to communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Personal qualities include security, stability, self-awareness, flexibility, ability to maintain calm and focus in new situations, and empathy.

Terms of Employment

Permanent, rotation, full-time. Entry by agreement.
