About the Assignment

As a paramedical professional, you will work strategically based on the patient's needs every day. You will plan your day yourself in the digital planning system available in our operations. You will create a structure together with other professionals in the organization and have a guiding role towards the patient, nursing staff, and relatives with the aim of creating self-determination and independence for the patient.

You will be part of our health and medical care organization, which consists of nurses, specialist nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and activity coordinators. As an occupational therapist in Kungsör Municipality, you will work with patients in regular and special housing. You will always work qualitatively according to the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist and enjoys developing and evolving, taking initiative, being innovative, and creative. Digitalization and welfare technology are important parts of the field moving forward, and you have an interest in this and see the benefits in the operations.

The work includes record-keeping and many social contacts, which requires you to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as having good computer skills.
