Idagården is a rural located HVB outside Fjärdhundra that works with treatment for young men aged 16–21 years. Idagården deals with substance abuse issues as well as some criminal background and NPF diagnoses. The residence works with treatment during the day and places great emphasis on physical activity, diet, and sleep. The treatment is inspired by the 12-step program and includes several methods.

We hope that you have an education or are studying, for example, treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, or alcohol and drug therapist. Personal suitability is the starting point; previous experience and personal life experiences can be advantageous. Method training can also be a merit.

As a part-time employee, you primarily work evenings and weekends but also day shifts. If an interview is relevant, we ask that you bring a copy of your criminal record! Digital copies are also acceptable.
