ABOUT THE JOB

This is a happy and kind young man in his 20s.

He has a significant need for assistance and is currently looking for more assistants who can help him both at home and during his various activities.

His disability means that he cannot sit, move around, or communicate verbally, which means that you as an assistant need to be attentive and responsive, and take great responsibility. You will help him with transfers, personal care, and going to activities such as water physiotherapy.

The job involves many lifts, so we are looking for someone with good physical condition and no back problems. The young man has aids that you will learn to use on-site.

He lives with his parents in a house well adapted to his needs and currently has a group of external assistants who help him in addition to his parents.

YOU WHO ARE APPLYING

We are looking for someone who is preferably 25 years or older and has a genuine interest in helping this young man in his daily life. The person we are looking for should be positive, calm, and relaxed, who is proactive and enjoys being outdoors and walking. You will also accompany him to swimming, so swimming skills are a requirement. The job can sometimes be physically demanding. A driver's license is not a requirement, but you must be smoke-free.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE

We are looking for 2 assistants for different working hours on fixed shifts of about 50-80%

For example: Evenings 15:00-21:00

Night shifts approximately 21:00-08:30, this shift can possibly be combined with the evening

Awake night approximately 21:00-08:30

Weekend work, various times.

SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and possible additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.

START DATE

Immediately.
