Bra Assistans in Örebro AB works with personal assistance for people with disabilities according to the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) and the Social Insurance Code and the Social Services Act (SoL).

We are looking for someone interested in working as a substitute assistant to a 70-year-old woman with rheumatism. Previous experience in personal assistance is a big plus.

The work includes everything from care, personal hygiene, transfers, cooking, household chores, assisting with leisure activities, etc. You must also be able to adapt to the individual's own pace, which varies from day to day.

The workplace is in the individual's home wherever they may be.

The working hours are scheduled around the clock. Days, evenings, nights, and weekends. We prefer if you can work on short notice in case of illness, leave, or other vacancies in the group. Perfect for combining with other jobs, as we are currently only looking for substitutes.

We prefer that you have a flexible and independent way of working and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good documentation skills and a professional attitude. You should have a genuine interest and sense of care for people.

Other qualities that are important for the job are a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You should be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important.
