Personal Assistant Needed for 14-Year-Old Girl in Västerås

We are looking for a personal assistant for a creative and smart 14-year-old girl in Västerås. The work involves medical care tasks and monitoring, as well as active assistance during the night. We are seeking a calm, confident, and meticulous assistant with medical knowledge. Tasks include managing nutrition drips, urostomy, ileostomy, medication, hygiene routines, and rehabilitation training. The girl's interests include crafting, animals, baking, music, movies, swinging, horseback riding, makeup, and TikTok.

The Customer's Team

We offer a lovely work environment focusing on loyalty, commitment, responsibility, and joy. We are looking for a long-term, non-smoking assistant who enjoys animals, is patient, responsible, flexible, energetic, and outgoing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Experience in medical care tasks and NPF diagnoses is advantageous. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Working Hours

21:00-07:00 awake night shifts, every other weekend.

Employment Type

75% position for the duration of the assistance assignment.

Salary

Fixed hourly wage as per agreement and collective agreement.

Start Date

Immediate. Requirement: Valid police record extract.
