24-Hour Assistance Mission - Female Assistants Wanted!

Preventia Assistans is a rapidly growing company with many exciting challenges ahead of us. At Preventia Assistans, you will have close and easily accessible contact with your immediate supervisor and a safe working environment. We have collective agreements and permission to provide assistance from the Inspection for Health and Care.

We have recently started a new mission involving 24-hour assistance with night waiting time. We are now looking for someone who wants to join our team and work with a 34-year-old girl who has diagnoses including unspecified mental developmental disorder, autism, and epilepsy.

She needs support and supervision around the clock, as well as guidance and instructions to perform daily tasks. She needs help planning her day with visual support, hygiene, showering, medication intake, and assistance with dressing. Help with cooking and preparing meals, among other things. She wants to be involved as much as possible.

This is a very active girl with a busy life and many different daily activities. She talks a lot but incoherently, and communicates primarily through body language, sounds, and her own signs. She enjoys listening to music, singing, cycling, walking, going on car trips, and occasionally eating out.

You will work closely with the family, so it is important that the collaboration works well. We are looking for someone between 25-45 years old with a calm personality, patience, and the ability to come up with activities. Much time is spent outdoors and on various activities, including with FUB.

A driver's license and access to your own car are desirable. Only female assistants are sought for this mission.

The working hours are:

• Day: 08:00-15:00
• Evening: 15:00-08:00 (waiting time 21:00-06:00)

We require a criminal record extract from the police, and the mission will start as soon as possible. Employment may take place continuously during the application period, so submit your application promptly.
