Your primary responsibilities as event staff at O'Learys Västerås are to ensure that our guests have a fantastic experience and customer service when they visit us. This means constantly focusing on the guests, welcoming and acknowledging each guest, being attentive and helpful, and professionally meeting the guests' requests! Some of your main tasks will include staffing our event desk where you will greet guests who have booked or want to book activities, assisting customers with purchasing tokens for our arcade games, and acting as a host for our 3-way competitions. You will ensure that our event area is always in top condition and work as a team with other staff members.

Is a forward-thinking and positive person who wants to represent our brand. You strive to maintain a high standard and quality in everything you do, both individually and as part of our team. You are confident and stress-resistant, and your passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences will be crucial for your role with us. You are attentive and flexible towards both your guests and colleagues. Previous experience in the service industry is a plus but not a requirement.
