Job Description

• Ensure progress of activities according to the developed strategy within the IAM area through active change management and coordination of stakeholders to drive the work forward from various aspects; processes, organization, and technology.
• Drive, lead, and coordinate activities related to the implementation of the IAM strategy and according to strategic goals.
• Establishment, management, and communication of governing routines.
• Establishment of relevant support processes, working methods, and follow-up opportunities.
• Training initiatives to ensure compliance with routines and support processes.
• Contribute expertise in the IAM area and information security.

Your Profile (Must Requirements)

• 10 years of relevant experience in the IAM area within larger and IT-complex organizations.
• 10 years of experience in the IT and information security field, such as management systems for IT and information security, documentation of governing documents, risk management, internal governance, and control.
• Documented experience in change management and the ability to lead investigations and projects.

Meritorious

• Experience working in a government agency.
• Experience with Agile working methods according to Scrum.
