We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Developer for our client in Oskarshamn – a key role in developing and implementing central systems and processes.

About the role

In the role of Business Analyst / Business Developer, you will be an important part of the team driving the implementation of the client's central IT systems and digital solutions. You will act as the link between business and technology – responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and driving improvement work in close collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and collaborating with project managers in ongoing development initiatives

Analyzing business needs and transforming them into technical solutions

Acting as a contact person between the business, IT, and the project organization

Contributing to the modernization and efficiency of the IT landscape

Using tools such as Sparx EA and preferably Aris for process modeling

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer

Good understanding of both business processes and technical environments

Experience with Sparx EA (required) and preferably Aris

Experience in project management or close collaboration with project managers

Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are communicative, analytical, and have a knack for creating structure and clarity in complex environments. The role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive improvement work with both technical and business understanding.
