Your New Job

We are looking for a temporary overall staffing planner for home care in Vimmerby municipality during the summer period 260601-260816.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an overall staffing planner, you will plan the daily work in home care. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Continuously work in the operational system Lifecare.
• Register new users and update existing cases in Lifecare based on decisions from the assistance officer, ensuring that the planning always reflects the latest changes.
• Participate in the daily resource allocation together with colleagues to ensure that staffing corresponds with the planned efforts of home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working with similar tasks
• Previously worked in the program Lifecare, Visma, Phoniro, or similar.

You are a person who takes responsibility, is flexible, and has a service-oriented approach. With a positive attitude and good ability to work structured and independently, you can also handle periods of high workload.

The work involves close collaboration with both colleagues and unit managers, which requires good teamwork skills and clear communication. The position requires very good computer skills as well as excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Working hours are scheduled for daytime Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot grant longer leave during the temporary position.
