About the Role

You are often the first point of contact for our tenants. This means you meet people in very different situations – from simple questions to conversations where patience and clarity are needed. Your task is to receive cases, structure them, prioritize correctly, and ensure that the right action is taken.

You will work daily with:

• Receiving and handling fault reports
• Tenant contact via phone, email, and digital cases
• Coordination between tenants, property managers, and other functions
• Registration in our document system Evolution
• Our property management system
• Other administration

In addition to this, we want you to become our internal system ambassador:

• You keep yourself updated on news, features, and updates in our property management system
• You share knowledge with colleagues
• You come up with ideas on how we can use the system smarter and more efficiently in everyday life

We are looking for someone who:

• Has built their own security through both work life and life experience. With great patience and a professional demeanor, you handle people in various situations – even when conversations are demanding.
• You are solution-oriented and thrive in a role where the pace varies and where unforeseen situations are part of everyday life. You see structure and order as prerequisites for quality and service.
• Continuity is a given for you, and you see the value in being a reliable point in a sometimes intense everyday life.

To succeed in the role, you need to have personal maturity, good collaboration skills, and a professional approach. Therefore, we place great importance on personal suitability. You have a good ability to use IT support and possess strong communication skills, expressing yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also have good knowledge of English; additional language skills are an advantage. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
