The Technical and Property Management Department delivers internal services so that our colleagues in other operations can focus on their core activities. We are responsible for the operation and development of public land and issue permits so that the municipal group and businesses can conduct their operations. We also ensure that children, students, and care recipients receive good and nutritious food and that the municipality's premises are well-maintained and suitable for their purpose.

We at the Technical and Property Management Department are on an important journey. We are working to strengthen and clarify how our vision, values, leadership, employee engagement, and our goals are interconnected in everyday life. Now we are looking for someone who wants a key role in our continued work forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our new business developer, you will play a central role in:

• Bringing the vision to life by strengthening conversations about culture, values, and working methods throughout the department
• Supporting managers in navigating their everyday work regarding vision, values, leadership, and employee engagement by using methods and driving development that makes a difference for both people and results
• Developing tools and methods to strengthen the culture; ideas and creativity are welcome!
• Clarifying how the vision, goals, and operational plans are interconnected and become a natural part of decision-making
• Leading and facilitating workshops, dialogues, and development processes that strengthen group collaboration, trust, and engagement
• Working inclusively and with awareness of norms, so that change works for everyone.

This is not a role where you sit beside and plan and analyze; instead, you are out in the operations, capturing needs and translating strategy into action.

QUALIFICATIONS

We believe you are a person who sees opportunities, creates energy, and inspires others to want to participate. You see the bigger picture and enjoy making complex models understandable and practically usable. To succeed in this role, we believe you need previous experience in business development, organizational development, or work with organizational culture.

In your work, you will meet, and sometimes lead, many people. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in the role of facilitator and have an easy time building trust within groups. You are communicative, structured, and confident in leading both conversations and processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant higher education in behavioral science, pedagogy, communication, or equivalent
• good digital skills
• experience in similar work
• excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Have you previously worked in the public sector? Great, but it is not a requirement.
