JOB DESCRIPTION

As a personnel planner in Northern home care, you have a central and important role in the operation. You are responsible for planning and coordinating efforts in TES, a digital planning system for home care, based on approved decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), focusing on quality, continuity, and individual needs. In this role, you have regular contact with both users and relatives and collaborate with various professionals regarding the user's services.

You manage daily staffing by receiving sick reports, filling vacancies, and actively working with scheduling in Medvind. This includes establishing and adjusting sick schedules, rolling schedules, managing shift changes, and continuously following up on substitute needs and reviewing staff schedules to ensure that resources are used where they are most needed.

The position also includes administrative tasks such as documentation in Treserva, transport orders, and reviewing and coding invoices. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the unit manager, employees, the staffing unit, other personnel planners, and other professionals such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

As a personnel planner, you report to the unit manager and work from Figeholm where your office is located. Northern home care covers a large geographical area, and the work involves daily ensuring that personnel resources match the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education and work experience from similar operations, preferably in care, welfare, or planning work. You have good computer skills and are used to working in administrative and digital systems. Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as a B driver's license.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you are flexible, self-driven, and structured. You find it easy to prioritize and manage many parallel tasks even during high-tempo periods. You are solution-focused, stress-resistant, and have good logistical skills.

You have a professional demeanor, good self-awareness, and enjoy collaborating with others. The role requires close cooperation with the manager, colleagues, other professionals, and other planners, which demands good communication skills and team spirit.

Experience in planning work and good knowledge of local geography is an advantage, as Northern home care covers a large geographical area, including both mainland and islands.
