This is included in the position

As a customer service representative in our team, you will:

• Support customers over the phone through incoming calls regarding payments, invoices, or technical support.
• Conduct simple troubleshooting within areas such as TV and broadband.
• Work with upselling in every call by tailoring customized solutions based on each customer's needs.

Your qualifications

Concentrix and you are a good match if you:

• Have passing grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5
• Have a sense of good customer service and a desire to learn and develop
• Are curious about upselling and have an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer
• Can work from our office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5
• Can work full-time

Employment type: Full-time permanent. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: Varying during opening hours Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00
