About the position

As a Service Market Manager, you are a key player in the company's success, with operational responsibility for service and repair workshops, car parts, and car care. In this role, you will lead and organize the work both on a daily basis and with long-term goals. The overall responsibility is to create an efficient and secure operation by maintaining and developing existing routines. You will have an active and hands-on role in the daily work and will also be part of the local management team.

An important part of the job is to create conditions for high customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include turnover, occupancy, and profit responsibility for our service market, as well as driving the business towards set goals and key performance indicators.

We would like you to have experience in similar tasks.

To succeed in this role, you need to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, have good computer skills, and hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are meticulous, quick to learn, and social, and you enjoy taking responsibility, providing good service, and developing in line with the profession.
