Sales Representative – Remote Work, Kalmar

We are now looking for more sales representatives to join our growing team.

About the role

You will be working with remote telephone sales and will be responsible for your own results while being an active part of a close-knit team. The role requires perseverance, discipline, and a strong desire to succeed.

Working hours:

Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00

Compensation:

100% commission-based salary – no fixed salary or base salary

Commission model without a cap

Average salary: approx. 30,000 SEK/month for mediocre salespeople who are active and perform

We are looking for someone who

Has at least 6 months of sales experience (telephone sales is a plus)

Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Is persistent, can handle setbacks, and does not give up easily

Is social, trustworthy, and communicative

Is competitive and motivated by results

Can work independently with responsibility but enjoys close collaboration with the team remotely

Has access to a computer, headset, and stable internet connection
