We are now looking for more experienced, self-driven salespeople who want to work entirely on commission in an area where the need already exists. Compensation without a cap.

This is not “nice to have” sales. The Swedish Work Environment Authority is clear about legal requirements related to mental health in the workplace.

HHR, Heart and Brain Rescue, is an educational concept that meets these requirements.

In other words, demand is also driven by legal requirements. About the role:

- Commission-based sales (no fixed compensation)

- B2B, targeting decision-makers, HR, and management teams

Freedom under responsibility with support, structure, and close collaboration with the Head of Sales. Coaching and sales training will be provided by us.

You will learn HHR with us; you already have the sales skills.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable with commission

- Can book meetings and drive business independently

- Wants to build the market long-term

- Is attracted to regulated, growing markets

This is not suitable for those looking to “test a bit of sales.” It is for those who want to take a position early in a segment that is exploding.
